My work has helped teams be more efficient with their time, in and out of the office. It’s guided moms and their child’s early health and nutrition. I’ve helped professionals find better paying jobs, and I’ve aided drivers looking for roadside assistance.
It’s not about the product, but the service I provide people.
Design Process
The path to launch is organic—no two journeys are ever quite the same. I’m constantly adapting, always persevering. The reward is insight, to better inform my next move.
Kickoff – Agree on what we want to solve, 🤔 and align on why it matters.
Research – Conduct user and market research. 🔬 What we learn now, will inform our decisions, later.
Brainstorm – Sketch. ✏️ Wireframe. And, storyboard ideas.
Create – Design 🎨 and prototype our solutions.
Validate – Test prototypes in front of users 👪 through usability testing. Testing early and often now, will save us money, and time later.
Build – Support engineering teams 💻 throughout the development process.
Launch – Celebrate! 🎉 Then immediately solicit feedback from customers, and repeat the process over again.

My Gerber is a health and nutritional guide for first-time moms. It leverages Gerber’s vast repository of nutritional content, alongside tools to help track child’s progress. Moms earn badges and unlock new content at every stage of their child’s development. As their baby grows, so does their experience. My Gerber was a Clio Health Award recipient in 2014.
